We provided Marette an outline of our itinerary and she asked clarifying questions to be sure she understood our needs and wants. She then researched hotel and flight options to accommodate our plans. Once our hotels and flight choices were selected, she booked them. When we had trouble checking out of a hotel early and wanting a refund, Marette literally spent hours on the phone working with her provider and the hotel to find a resolution. After we returned, she followed up to see how things had gone.
