Marette...World Class Travel Resource
We provided Marette an outline of our itinerary and she asked clarifying questions to be sure she understood our needs and wants. She then researched hotel and flight options to accommodate our plans. Once our hotels and flight choices were selected, she booked them. When we had trouble checking out of a hotel early and wanting a refund, Marette literally spent hours on the phone working with her provider and the hotel to find a resolution. After we returned, she followed up to see how things had gone.
I'm sure we were not the easiest couple to work with because we changed our minds so many times, but Marette was the consummate professional through it all. She was always quick to answer emails and text messages in a friendly and professional manner. She was also quick to answer phone calls with a smile in her voice. Marette is a smart, dedicated, customer focused travel agent and I would highly recommend her services. In our experience, she far exceeded our expectations.

This was our anniversary trip
Marette is such a professional! She gathered so much information for us from several different resorts. She was able to answer all our questions, plus some we didn't even think of.
